All States/Provinces: Digital Equity and Learning Preference link is Visible on Public Portal When Disabled

Digital Equity and Learning Preference public portal data entry has been updated and will no longer be visible when the district-level preference has not been enabled.
Additionally, when enabled, the icon in the public portal will display on the left navigation bar as expected.

• Updated the Endorsement codes available within PowerSchool to match that of the current ISEE specs.

The logic that populates the list of staff names for the Second Teacher ID & Third Teacher ID (on the Edit Sections page) field is updated with the following changes:

• Staff members associated with multiple buildings appear only once on the list.

• Staff names are listed in alphabetical order (by LastFirst).

The repo schema script responsible for the error noted below is updated and the error no longer appears in the system log.

Staff Demographics Page Field Descriptions Updates

The following updates are made to the Idaho Staff Demographics page:

• The "For non-certified parapro instructional assistants" header is removed from the page.

• All Teaching Experience data elements are now grouped together and placed a label at the top - Years of prior teaching experience (Leave blank for non-certified staff).Placed following data elements indented below this label:In an Idaho public K-12 schoolIn any public K-12 school in another state (excluding Idaho)In any non-public K-12 school in any state - private or parochialIn an Idaho institution of Higher EducationIn any institution of Higher Education in another state (excluding Idaho)

• Field descriptions are updated to match that of the ISEE spec.
