Removed references to deprecated fields.
Updated new data collections in the report output.
Pulls Incident Codes RSTR-2a, RSTR-2b, and RSTR-2c correctly.
Pulls Dual Credit value from Dual Credit element under Idaho State Information section on Course page/Section page.
