All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool version for State Reporting - 25.1

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 25.1 or later. For details refer to PowerSchool SIS – Supported PowerSchool Versions.

PSSR-399827

Added “CCA NON-TRADITIONAL” Field to General Info Page

Added a new CCA NON-TRADITIONAL drop-down field to the General Info page (below Dexter Mosley) to indicate if a student is in a non-traditional CCA program. The field stores values in S_GA_STU_X.cca_non_traditional as Y (Yes) or N (No), with a default of N.

Ed-Fi Mapping for CCANonTraditional in StudentSchoolAssociations

Implemented Ed-Fi mapping for the CCANonTraditional field within the StudentSchoolAssociations resource to ensure accurate data transmission and compliance with state schema requirements. Data is validated against the Ed-Fi API and aligns with GA state reporting standards.

Ed-Fi: Publish Selection Option for Student Resources

Added the ability to publish only the currently selected students for all Ed-Fi student-related resources from the Ed-Fi Dashboard at both the school and district office levels. The new Publish Selection option enables targeted publishing, improving efficiency and control for GA state reporting.

Updated GaDOE Language Codes for SY 2025–2026

Updated the system’s language code list to align with the latest GaDOE standards effective School Year 2025–2026. The update introduces new codes and descriptions for state reporting while retaining legacy codes for SY 2024–2025 and earlier to ensure historical data accuracy. A school year–based condition determines which code set is applied, preserving compliance and report integrity across years.
