Ed-Fi: Georgia Reporting Compliance: Automatic Zero Days for Specific Discipline Action Codes

To meet Georgia reporting standards, the system now automatically sets “Number of Days” to 0 for specific discipline codes (00, 10, 40, 50, 61, 62, 63, 70, 80, 90, 95). This prevents E118 errors and ensures accurate discipline data for the E01 report.

EL Exit Reason Field Updated to Remove Deprecated Code “2” and Ensure Accurate Descriptor Mapping

Resolved an issue in the Student Language Instruction Program Association where the EL Exit Reason field could still display or report the obsolete code “2”, leading to potential inaccuracies in reporting.

The underlying logic has been reviewed and updated to ensure that all valid exit reasons are mapped directly to their corresponding descriptors (e.g., 1 → 1, 3 → 3, etc.), while the deprecated code “2” has been completely removed from system use.
