PSSR-393438	Ed-Fi: New GNETS Segment Field (Georgia)	Added `numberOfDailyGNETSSegments` field to StudentProgramAssociations (Georgia extension). Supports tracking of daily GNETS service segments per student.
PSSR-393447	Ed-Fi: ELP Screener Date Migration	`DATE OF ELP SCREENER` moved to Georgia extension under StudentLanguageInstructionProgramAssociations. Interpreted the same as `Begin Date`. Existing data migrated if applicable.
PSSR-393452	Ed-Fi: Gifted Eligibility Date Field Migration	`GIFTED ELIGIBILITY DATE` moved from StudentProgramAssociations to the Georgia extension. Now tracked under the Georgia-specific model. `Begin Date` will be used for logical reference.
