PSSR-424618	WA - Nation of Origin - List Update	The drop-down list for the nation of origin has been updated to include “NOA - No Answer” as a valid value. The WA State Information page is also updated to resolve an issue where the "Required when Birth Country is other than USA" validation message did not appear for empty ‘Initial USA School Enrollment’ and ‘Number Months Non US Attendance’ fields when the page is loaded. The validation messages were displayed only on change of Birth Country. This has been fixed as part of this ticket.
