Streamlined data collection: Removed outdated NB-1 questions and moved Gender Identity sub-questions for HIBD-4, HIBD-5, and HIBD-6 to the Deprecated Fields section to keep historical records and simplify current reporting. New reporting indicators: Added the RSTS-1 section to track mechanical restraint, physical restraint, and seclusion for LEA students served in non-LEA facilities to meet new federal requirements.
