Attendance Calculation for Cyber Charter Monthly Attendance

Student Fact Template for Cyber Charter School Attendance Benchmark Report: Version 1.0

The report now supports monthly reporting. When you select 'Monthly,' you can:

• Set a monthly date range (limited to 31 days per month)

• Configure unlawful absence counting options

• View students with 3 or more unlawful absences

A new optional Audit Mode checkbox lets you include all students with unlawful absences for validation purposes, giving you a complete view of data before finalizing the report.

New Report: Student Fact Template for Cyber Charter School Attendance Benchmark

Student Fact Template for Cyber Charter School Attendance Benchmark Report: Version 1.0

The new report helps track student enrollment and benchmark performance for the Cyber Charter School:

• Generate reports for the full year or by month

• Data entry required for benchmark status; enrollment weeks auto-calculate based on enrollment dates

• Override values can be entered for each reported data item on the current Student Enrollment History page

Select the runtime parameter (Year or Month). The report generates accordingly with your enrollment and benchmark data.

New: Data Entry for Student Fact: Attendance Benchmark

To support the new Student Fact Template for Cyber Charter School Attendance Benchmark Template, new data entry fields are added for students on the Current Enrollment page in a new section, Cyber Charter School Benchmark Reporting. This section is located at the bottom of the enrollment page and allows entry for the following fields:

• Year Charter Weeks Enrolled (Override)

• Year Charter Weeks Benchmark Met

• Monthly Charter Weeks Enrolled (Override)

• Monthly Charter Weeks Benchmark Met

• Monthly Charter Unexcused Absences (Override)

Data entered into these fields will extract as entered when running the Yearly report and Monthly report.

Note: Override fields allow alternate values to be reported instead of calculated values.

Field 205 Ed Income Status in the Student Template supports storing values up to three characters and includes an additional value for income survey eligibility.

Student Template Report Updates

Student Template Report: Version 7.9

The identified report is updated to meet the 2026-27 PIMS requirements for reporting:

• Field 209 reports Y/N. If it is blank, a value of N is reported.

• Field 227 is set as NOT COLLECTED and no data extracts.

• Field 228 is added; ELA ASSESSMENT TEST SESSION NAME

• Field 229 is added; MATH ASSESSMENT TEST SESSION NAME

• Field 230 is added; SCIENCE ASSESSMENT TEST SESSION NAME

Fields 228-230 support extracting the Test Session Name as manually entered on the Section page or generating a value based on the student’s associated course and section.

Student Template Updates for Compliance Fields

Foster Student is being modified from a conditionally required field to a required field for the 26-27 Student Template submission. The data entry field, Field 209, has been updated to require a value for students. In addition, a new field, Test Session Name, is added to the PA State Reporting section of the Edit Sections page as an override option. When blank, the Student Template report will generate a Test Session Name in the following format: TeacherName_Course-Section. If a manual name is entered, note that only one session name is expected per Test Subject.
