Health: Ability to Track Completed Referrals for Screenings & Exams

To track and report that a student has completed a referral for a screening/exam for SHARRS reporting, a new field ‘Referral Completion Date’ is added to the Vision, Hearing, Scoliosis screening and Physical Exam pages in the Health module.

Student Template/Snapshot Report: Removed the Summer Withdrawals Parameter

To align with existing report logic where all students who are enrolled for one day or more are included in the student selection for this report, the report parameter to Include Summer Withdrawals is removed. Logic for students with a matching entry/exit date remains unchanged and allows those students to be excluded if the runtime parameter is selected.

Immunization: New Varicella Compliance Rule

A new compliance rule is available where if applied, students aged 4 or older are flagged as non-compliant if they have only one dose of Varicella and are marked as compliant if they have two doses. This rule can be applied using the Immunization rules engine.
