PSSR-418538	All States/Provinces: SRP Accessibility Update	The SRP (State Reporting Platform) framework has been updated and all report parameters pages, for SRP reports, will scale and display all information correctly when the page size is minimized.
PSSR-381664	All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes	Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly. Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly.
PSSR-400602	CTE Student Fact Template Header Update	CTE Student Fact Template: Version 2.9 The CTE Student Fact Template has been updated for 2025–26 DOE compliance. Field 9 (Credential Earned Period Level) has been discontinued, and select field names have been updated. The online guide reflects these changes.
PSSR-406755	District Fact lLep Survey Update	District Fact LIEP Survey codes for Title III Professional Development Activities have been updated to rename Activity 09 and add Activities 18, 19, and 20.
PSSR-418908	Foster Care Field 209 Pulling Number Value Instead of Y/N	Student Template/Snapshot: Version 7.6 The Foster Student value now displays correctly as Y if the foster care indicator value in Foster Field 209 is 1, and N for all other values.
PSSR-407289	Student Unlawful Absence Reporting	Student Fact Template for Unlawful Absences: Version 1.0 A new Student Fact Template for Unlawful Absences has been added to support PDE reporting requirements. This report allows LEAs to submit the total number of school days a student was unlawfully absent during the school year, including both partial and full days. The report is available under the Student Domain.
