PA Staff Student Subtest Template for Teacher-Student Linkages: Version 1.2
The PA PVAAS report has been updated to support DOE’s expanded reporting schedule:

• Reporting Periods: Runtime parameter drop-down list now includes 6 periods (September–February).

• Subtest Identifier Logic: Each period is mapped to its corresponding TSL code (TSL1–TSL6).

The PIMS Student Template and State Assessment pages have been updated to align with PDE 2025–2026 requirements:

• New fields have been added
  ED At Risk Student
  ED Neglected or Delinquent
  ED Health Code
  ED Income Status Code

• Renamed ELA Exemption Indicator → First Year EL Indicator

• Updated PSSA/PASA Assessment values with revised descriptions; field value N is now disabled

Student Template: 2025-2026 Data Report updates (Report)

Student Template/Snapshot: Version 7.1
The Pennsylvania Student Template/Snapshot report has been updated to align with 2025–26 DOE PIMS reporting requirements:

The report template is updated to include the new columns: At Risk Student, Neglected or Delinquent, Health Code, Income Status Code.
ELA Exemption Indicator is renamed to First Year EL Indicator.

Report logic is updated for Keystone Assessment Logic:
Updated to use course enrollment data across all student CC records for Winter, Spring, and Summer Keystone assessments.
Now reports numeric values (0–7) reflecting the specific combination of Keystone tests (Algebra, Biology, Literature) a student is taking.
Assessment Override Mapping:
Override values from the State Assessment page now map to new state-defined valid values for compliance.

The Include Summer Withdrawals option is now automatically disabled and no longer selectable if the report's end date is after July 1, 2018.

The Staff Information page has been updated as per the PIMS guidelines 2025-26:

1. Job Class Code Long now includes a new value: Professional Principal Employee (PPE).

2. Staff assignment code update:The label, Subcontracted Employee has been renamed to Subcontracted Staff.
