Growth Screen Notification Report: Update to Make Growth Description Box Optional

Growth Screening Notification Letter: Version 1.5

The report has been updated with a new parameter, Print BMI Details, which includes a checkbox. By default, this field is selected; if unchecked, the report will not print the BMI description key or the BMI Percentile line. Additionally, the report has been updated to remove the word percentile from the Body Mass Index for Age line. The report logic for BMI Percentile has also been updated to display “see note below” if the field is blank.

Incident Offender Template Report Logic Change Request

Incident Offender Template: Version 4.0
The report logic has been updated to limit the value of the Name of LLE Contacted to 100 characters, preventing errors when encountering values exceeding this length. The report will now fetch only the first 100 characters for the LLE_NAME field.
