The Discipline Incident Letter has been updated to include all the objects associated with an incident. Previously, the report only pulled the objects marked as State Reportable.

AP courses are now identified as AP Courses in the CRDC Class Audit. All relevant courses are assigned a count of 1 under AP Courses, and students enrolled in these sections are counted as 1 under AP Other.

Fix for Missing PA Fields & Preferences in Newly Implemented Districts

The newly implemented PA districts lacked PA-specific fields on the Enrollment and Re-Enrollment pages, and missing the State_PA preferences in the database, affecting compliance reporting.
This fix ensures all state-specific fields are correctly generated during setup and are now visible on the Enrollment pages.
