PSSR-413399	All States/Provinces: Discipline Incident Letter Update	Discipline Incident Letter: Version 1.9 Users can now generate a Discipline Incident Letter for the selected Discipline Incident Letter template.
PSSR-416325	All States/Provinces: SRP Report Input Parameter Update	The issue where ‘Select Terms to Print’ did not default to the current term year in Chrome and Edge browsers has been fixed.
PSSR-408078	Acute Chronic Injury Field Update	School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) Report: Version 2.9 The Acute Chronic Injury field counts students based on data from the Office Visit Due to Acute Chronic Injury field. Each student is counted only once for all office visits related to the same chronic illness.
PSSR-406770	District Fact Quarterly Vacancy Updates	District Fact Quarterly Vacancy: Version 1.2 The dropdown year, start dates, and category column identifiers for District Fact in Quarterly Vacancy Updates have been updated.
PSSR-414199	Keystone Logic Update for Academic Year	Student Template/Snapshot: Version 7.5 Keystone runtime parameter logic is applied for the academic year regardless of the selection on the checkbox, and Foster Care Indicator field values are processed by treating blank entries as 0 and mapping Y to 1 and N to 0.
PSSR-406772	Location Fact Template Update	Location Fact Template for Safe Schools: Version 1.15 The Location Fact Template for Safe Schools has been updated to align with 2025-2026 DOE requirements, including revised descriptions, removal of specific criteria, adjusted column reporting.
PSSR-416071	Pennsylvania Calendar Program Codes Update	Pennsylvania Calendar Program Codes have been added, and descriptions for existing codes have been updated to align with state-defined standards.
