The Refresh Attendance Tracking Data report can now be run at the school-level as well as the district-level.

Discipline Incident Letter: Version 1.9

Users can now generate a Discipline Incident Letter for the selected Discipline Incident Letter template.

The issue where ‘Select Terms to Print’ did not default to the current term year in Chrome and Edge browsers has been fixed.

The Student Assessment (FA) Record is updated to include the new College-Level Examination Program (CLEP) Test reporting.

The Student Discipline Log Entry is updated to the current Ohio Department of Education and Workforce valid options for the Type of Discipline Element.

Student Programs Improvement

The Student Programs grouping for RIMP codes is improved to include the High-Dosage Tutoring Codes in that category.

Truancy and Chronic Absenteeism Improvement

Improvements made to the Truancy and Chronic Absenteeism as follows:

  • Current Possible Hours and Current Percent added

  • Excessive Absence Totals added to the Obsolete section

  • Functionality added to the Truancy and Chronic Absenteeism Summary to use Obsolete HB410 rules if desired

  • Additional DATs added for Present, Medical and Truancy Hours using HB410 rules or HB96 rules.
