The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 24.3.0.2 or later.

IEP information missing from NJ SSDS Incident Report Form

NJ SSDS Incident Report Form: Version 1.5

As per DOE guidelines, three new IEP-related fields have been added to the template:

1. Does this student have an IEP?
   Marked as Yes if the incident date falls between the student's IEP start and end dates (Active IEP).

2. Was this district responsible for the student’s IEP at the time of the incident?
   Marked as Yes if the incident doesn't have the Out of District IEP attribute; otherwise, marked as No.

3. If the student has an Active IEP and the second question is No:
   The four-digit district code from the incident page will be printed.
