Marked as Yes if the incident date falls between the student's IEP start and end dates (Active IEP). Was this district responsible for the student’s IEP at the time of the incident? Marked as Yes if the incident doesn't have the Out of District IEP attribute; otherwise, marked as No. If the student has an Active IEP and the second question is No: The four-digit district code from the incident page will be printed.
