Attendance Rounding Updates Attendance‑related calculated values are now rounded to one decimal place instead of being truncated. Rounding follows standard mathematical rules - values greater than or equal to .05 round up. Output values now match DESE MSIP 6 guidance as defined in the Comprehensive Guide. Previously impacted student records now show corrected rounding when the report is rerun. No other calculation logic has been modified beyond the updated rounding method.
PSSR-428786	NR Attending as RI Code Set Updates	The code set for the Missouri element NR Attending as RI is updated to include a new state required value of OB for Owner/Beneficiary. Additionally, this code set is added to the Code Set table that is accessed from the District context via System Management, Data, Code Sets under the code set name MO_NRAttendingRI.

The MSIP 6 Attendance Rate Report is updated with the changes listed below.

CSV Export Enhancements
