|---|---|---|
PSSR-418538 | All States/Provinces: SRP Accessibility Update | The SRP (State Reporting Platform) framework has been updated and all report parameters pages, for SRP reports, will scale and display all information correctly when the page size is minimized. |
PSSR-381664 | All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report - Update for Multiple Levels of Behavior Codes | Student Incident Profile Report: Version 1.12 The Student Incident Profile report has been updated and will now report up to three levels of behavior codes and subcodes correctly. Known Issue: In PowerSchool, it is possible to create up to five levels of behavior codes. Due to a known issue, 4th and 5th level codes do not get associated correctly in the database making accurately reporting codes to these levels impossible. Once this known issue is addressed in a future Core update, this report will be updated to handle 4th and 5th level codes correctly. |
PSSR-397781 | Attendance Audit Detail Updates | Attendance Audit Detail: Version 1.4 The Attendance Audit Detail is updated with a parameter that allows the users to choose the report output type of HTML or CSV. |
PSSR-370434 | Missouri Specific Immunization: DTap/DTP/DT Update | The immunization compliance logic for Missouri has been updated to align with state requirements. When a student is in grades K–12, a minimum of four doses is required. Previously, the system displayed a “Non-Compliant” icon and the message “Missing Required Dose” for the fifth dose row if any rule was not satisfied. This was misleading because Missouri does not mandate the fifth or sixth dose. The display now correctly reflects compliance based on the four-dose minimum. |
PSSR-379202 | Missouri Specific Immunization: Implement rules for Hepatitis B | The immunization compliance logic for Hepatitis B has been updated to follow CDC guidelines. When a third dose is administered before 24 weeks of age, the system now allows a fourth dose to substitute for the third dose in compliance calculations. Missouri requires a minimum of three doses for grades K–12, with a maximum of four doses permitted when a combination vaccine is used. The final dose (third or fourth) must be administered no earlier than 24 weeks of age. Compliance checks now correctly account for this substitution rule. |
PSSR-364425 | Missouri Specific Immunization: Implement Rules for MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) | The system now enforces Missouri-specific compliance rules for MMR immunizations. For grades K–12, students must have two doses, with no more than two doses required. The first dose must be administered on or after 12 months of age, and the gap between the first and second dose must be at least 28 days. The four-day grace period does not apply. Compliance checks also recognize valid exemptions and “In Progress” status when proper documentation is on file. |
PSSR-418095 | Updated Report Name: Student Discipline Incident Management | Student Discipline Incident Management: Version 1.8 The June Student Discipline Incident Management report name has been updated to remove the word “June” to accurately reflect that submissions can occur multiple times throughout the year. No changes were made to report functionality. |
