Student Enrollment and Attendance: Version 2.7 The Student Enrollment and Attendance report is updated to include the new NRAttendingAsRI element as the last position in the file. The values from the student enrollment records are included in the June collection only and will default to “NO” when no value exists in the student enrollment record. In other collections, the value will be suppressed altogether. The student records have been modified to capture the value for NR Attending as RI. The new element now exists on the current and previous student enrollment and is available in the enrollment functions Enroll New Student, Create New School Enrollment and Re-enroll in School. The value for this new element will transfer to previous enrollment records when a new enrollment record is created, and is also available in Change History tracking. |
