All States/Provinces: Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 24.3.0.2

The minimum supported version on PowerSchool SIS State/Provincial Reporting installer is updated and can now be installed on PowerSchool SIS 24.3.0.2 or later.

  3. Updated publishing logic for CTE.CTECertificationEarnedDescriptor, CTE.CertificationTermDescriptor, CTE.CTECertificationDateEarned, and CTE.GraduationYear under Student Education Organization Association.
    Logic: The certification date earned will be based on ranks: first is quarter, next is semester, last is year-long.
    If a Quarter exists and the Certification date earned is within that Quarter, then the related Quarter (Q1, Q2, etc.) will be published. If only a Semester exists, and the Certification date earned is within that Semester, then the related Semester (S1, S2, etc.) will be published.
