State Reporting 25.10.1.0 Release Notes

PSSR-400807	DEX: KEDS 2025-2026	A new 25-26 KEDS profile has been created for downloading and publishing data to KEDS in the 2025-2026 school year. The profile is built on the Ed-Fi version 6.2/data model 4.0, with configuration items from the previous profile carried over.
PSSR-404304	DEX: Student Academic Record Resource	A Student Academic Record resource is now available to publish Cumulative Earned Credits (High School Credits Earned) and Cumulative Grade Point Average (Unweighted Grade Point Average (GPA), including codeset mapping. It is part of on-demand section.
PSSR-403768	DEX: Student School Attendance Events	A Student School Attendance Events resource is now available to publish student attendance, including codeset mappings and attendance conversion rules.
PSSR-404318	DEX: Student School Association Resource	The Student School Association resource has been updated to align with DOE requirements: EntryDate is now mapped to `[S_KS_STU_X]FIRST_INSTR_DATE` / `[S_KS_REN_X]FIRST_INSTR_DATE`. Added Extension.SchoolEntryDate field. Removed unused extensions: Extension.FirstInstructionalDate Extension.CreditEarned Extension.UnweightedGradePointAverage Extension.AttendanceDays
PSSR-407770	DEX: Student Language Instruction Program	Student enrollment end date is mapped to the Program End Date field in StudentLanguageInstructionProgramAssociations.
PSSR-404316	DEX: Student Sections Resource	The Student Sections resource has been updated to include End Date and Data View columns in all views.
PSSR-404313	DEX: Student Education Organization Association Resource	The Student Education Organization Association resource has been enhanced to align with 2025–2026 DOE reporting requirements. New At-Risk Eligibility Extensions: Added KSAtRiskEligibility and PRAtRiskEligibility extension fields to capture students’ At-Risk eligibility criteria. Both fields allow multiple values and use their respective descriptors — KSAtRiskEligibilityCriteriaDescriptor and PRAtRiskEligibilityCriteriaDescriptor. Added corresponding Data View columns in all views. Student Characteristic Descriptor Updates: Removed: Kansas At-Risk Program Participation Preschool-Aged At-Risk Program Participation Added/Updated: Part-Time Virtual Education Student (`[S_KS_STU_X]Virtual_Education`) with revised codeset. Student Indicated with Dyslexia (`[S_KS_REN_X]Dyslexia_Indicator` / `[S_KS_STU_X]Dyslexia_Indicator`) as a new field. Removed Transportation.NonResidentTransportation extension field and related Data View columns, as this data is no longer collected for SY 2025–2026.
PSSR-404308	DEX: Grade Resource	Fields FirstInstructionalDate and LastInstructionalDate have been removed.
PSSR-377085	DEX: Student Education Organization Responsibility Association resource	The Student Education Organization Responsibility Association resource has been updated to improve responsibility publishing logic: If no responsibility is populated, records for all three responsibility descriptors will be published. If any specific responsibility is defined, only that responsibility will be published. When a student’s responsibility changes, the student must be re-enrolled and the correct responsibility value updated accordingly.
