Disciplinary Actions Duration Now Rounds to Nearest Half Day

Disciplinary Actions report: Version 3.3

Updated the report so that origDuration and modDuration values are rounded to the nearest half day, per state requirements. Original duration with primary actions under half a day is reported as the minimum half-day duration.

Removed Leading Spaces in Discipline File Duration Columns

Resolved an issue in the ISEE Disciplinary Actions extract where the origDuration and modDuration columns were exported with a leading space. The report now outputs duration values without leading spaces.

Special Education Students Report Exit Date Handling Update

The Special Education Students Report now outputs a valid exit date when run with the EOY option, even if the SPEDExitDate field is null in the database. Null SPEDExitDate values are treated the same as 01/01/1900, and the report correctly returns the last in-session date instead of leaving the exit date blank, ensuring compliance with state reporting requirements.

Student Enrollment Extract for ISAT Reporting - Updates

The report now supports a Snapshot Date parameter instead of start and end date; which defaults to the current date if left blank. Student selection is based on enrollment entry and exit dates relative to this snapshot date. In addition, customers can now schedule the report and upload the generated file via SFTP.
