Discipline Incident Letter: Version 2.0

Fixed an issue where Discipline Incident letters truncated the Behavior Code/Sub‑Code Category when the category name included a hyphen. Hyphenated categories now display correctly in generated letters.

All States/Provinces: Hearing Screening Report Update

Hearing Screenings Report: Version 1.1

Hearing Screenings report is updated and now includes Start Date and End Date filters, allowing users to limit results to a specific date range. These new date fields behave consistently with the existing date filters in the Vision, Vital, and Oral Screenings reports, ensuring a familiar and predictable experience across all health screening reports.

All States/Provinces: Student Incident Profile Report Update

The Student Incident Profile Report is updated to allow users to control the grouping of students, incidents, or none when generating the report output.

The Page Break option appears under the Order Report By option, and the Page Break options are - Student, Incident, and None.

PSSR-405143

New Student Enrollment Extract for ISAT Reporting

Student Enrollment Extract: Version 1.1

A new report is now available to support the latest ISAT requirements. The report outputs one record per student using updated selection criteria (including only students in grades 3-12), adds a Grace Period for Deletion input parameter that drives the DeleteStudent flag, and allows the Start Date and End Date parameters to be left blank (defaulting to the term’s first day and the report run date).

Special Education Exit Reason Logic Update

Updated the Special Education Students report so that SEExitReason is left blank when SEStatus = T (Tested Ineligible), regardless of whether the report is run for EOY. For all other scenarios, SEExitReason continues to report as previously.
