Ed-Fi Framework: Fix for JSON View Not Opening After First Click

Resolved an issue in Data Exchange > Data Publishing screen where the JSON viewing element (green tick mark) for all resources failed to function after the first use. Previously, users could open the JSON once, but subsequent clicks would not reopen it unless the page were refreshed. This fix ensures that the JSON can be viewed multiple times without requiring a page reload.
