Student Incident Profile Report Version 1.8

The Yearly Medication Administration Report output was not displaying all the behavior codes associated with an incident correctly. This issue has now been resolved.

Add Work Based Learning Field (Carl Perkins - UI)

The following updates have been made to the Carl Perkins Student Page and Compliance pages:

Removed: Tech Prep 1 and Tech Prep 2 fields from the Carl Perkins Student Page to simplify data entry.
Updated: APS Eligibility Level field now allows a blank value in Compliance, APS and Compliance, Summer OASIS pages for easy reset.
