Summer Oasis and APS updates DOE 2024- 2025 (UI)

Updates have been made to the UI for data collection for the Summer Oasis report to align with DOE 2024-25 changes. The updates are as follows:

Removed Collegiate and Career Eligibility field.
Created three new fields at the top of the APS student page.
Added a new field for APS Eligibility Level above Academic Option and updated options in Academic Option with new values while retaining previous values at the bottom of the list.

Summer Oasis Report updates DOE 2024- 2025 (Report)

Summer Oasis Report Version - 3.2

The report template has been updated to remove columns related to scholarship eligibility, grade point average, reading skills, and reading deficiency actions to align with DOE 2024-25 changes. The remaining columns have been shifted to the right to fill the space.
