SIF: Update Race Codes

Description:
The StudentPersonal object has been updated to include a Race element under the path:
Demographics / RaceList / Race.

Enhancement Details:

Previously, race codes were being published as numeric values.
To ensure compatibility with Unity integration, race values will now be published as descriptive names instead of codes.
The updated Race values are as follows:
- AmericanIndianOrAlaskaNative
- Asian
- BlackOrAfricanAmerican
- NativeHawaiianOrOtherPacificIslander
- White

Impact:
This change ensures that the race information is formatted according to Unity's expected schema, improving data consistency and interoperability.

Action Required:
Please update any consuming systems or integrations to handle race values as string descriptors rather than numeric codes.
