PSSR-358045 | Perkins V Template Update for Carl Perkins Report (2024-25) | The Perkins V template for the Carl Perkins Report has been updated for the 2024-25 academic year. Changes include removing the 504 field, renaming "Displaced Homemaker" to "Out of Workforce Individual," removing references to "Tech Prep I," renaming "Tech Prep II" to "Earned Postsecondary Credit," and adding a new "Work-Based Learning" field.
