Introduction

The following data elements are required for student setup.

  1. On the Start Page, click School and choose the appropriate school. The School Start page appears

  2. Select the first letter of the student's last name.

  3. Select a student from the list. The last accessed student information page opens for the student selected.

  1. On the student's record, click Health.

  2. Click the Office Visits tab and add and submit an Office Visit record.

  3. Click the SHARRS Info tab. The SHARRS Details page appears.

  4. Under Office Visits > Edit SHARRS, click Edit. The SHARRS Info page appears.

  5. Click the applicable tab.
