Added new fields PreschoolEdEnvironment and SchoolAgeEdEnvironment (end of file) to the template. The data for these fields is extracted from the newly added fields on the NJ SPED data entry page.
PSSR-445011	SCED Course Code Selection Update	With this update, DOE-approved SCED course codes are available for selection when defining course information for NJSLEDS reporting. Discontinued codes are no longer available for use and are considered discontinued.
PSSR-445011	Student Management: Update Logic for Shared Time Students Reporting State Excused Absences	The Student Management template is updated to calculate State Excused Absences for Shared-Time students by considering their membership value. Students with a 0.5 membership value will now have the total calculated value for State Excused absences divided by 2 to align with NJSLEDS requirements.
