Updated CRDC PDF report skip-level logic for Preschool (PSCH) and related Student Discipline (DISC) Preschool elements. When a school is identified as a Preschool (PK) school, applicable Preschool data elements will now be reported as blank (null) rather than 0.

When clicking the Help button on the UI, district administrators are directed to contextual help specific to the page they are on within the site. A content key link to online help pages related to NJ Compliance for all identified UI pages has been created and the web pages are linked to the corresponding online help page.

NJSLEDS SPED Report: UI Updates for 2026-2027

To support the 2026-2027 SPED submission, the student SPED page is updated as follows:

• Time In Regular Program and Special Education Placement fields are removed from active SpEd page and added to Obsolete page.

• New field Preschool Ed Environment and School Age Ed Environment are added to active SpEd page

NJSLEDS: Student Management Data Entry 26-27

To support the changes for the 2026-2027 Student Management Submission, the following changes are now available for student data entry on the Compliance pages:

1. Student Management Tab: Graduation pathway indicators for ELA and Math are updated to include a new value NJGPA which stores a value of 'S' when selected.

2. Special Education Tab: The Special Education Classification field is updated to include a new value 19 - Undergoing Initial Evaluation to Determine Eligibility for Special Education Services. A value of ‘19’ is stored when selected. Note: There is no federal code for mapping.

3. The WorldLanguageAssessment fields are updated to include two new values for selection: ASLT - Avant Superlanguage Test and NEWL - National Examinations in World Languages. The value in parenthesis is stored when selected.

4. An information icon is added to the Home Language fields to indicate the new guidance that states “A value of English is not valid for submission for students in an LEIP”.
