Entry and Exit Code Updates

The following updates are made for Entry and Exit Codes via Code Sets (System Management > Data > Code Sets):

• The new codes will be added to Code Sets. If the codes already exist, the installer will NOT add them. If Districts have added their own codes they should verify that the Display Value and Description match that of New Hampshire Education Department (NHED).

• The i.4.see codes will be given an End Date (October 1, 2024) via Code Sets. The i.4.see codes will not display unless it is already selected for a student.

Enrollment Status, Entry Codes and Exit Codes Conversion to iNHDEX

iNHDEX Code Conversion version: 1.0

A new report is created to preview and update the student Enrollment Status, Entry Codes and Exit Codes to iNHDEX codes. Instructions on how to run this report to complete the conversion can be found here iNHDEX Code Conversion.

iNHDEX Enrollment Status Updates

The following changes are made:

• The iNHDEX Enrollment Codes are added to the select list on the following pages:

  • Select a student > Compliance > iNHDEX Data Elements (view only)

  • Start Page > School Enrollment > Enroll New Student

  • Select a student > School Enrollment > Enrollment History

    • Current Enrollment

    • Previous Enrollment

    • Re-enroll in School

    • Create New School Enrollment

• The i.4.see Enrollment Codes are moved to an ‘Obsolete for 1.4.see Only’ section of the select list.

iNHDEX Enrollment Submission Updates

iNHDEX Enrollment Submission Version: 1.2.1

The following updates are made:

Default Exit Codes:

• Default codes are for End of Year (EOY) submission only

• On the School Info screen an option is added to allow a default exit code for each grade.

  • If exit code is blank for a student then the default exit code is used as defined on the School Info screen.

Graduation Date:

• A new field is added on the School Info screen for graduation date.

• If exit code is anything other than 11 then a graduation date is not sent.

• If exit code is 11 (regardless of grade level) then a graduation date is provided as follows:

  • If the students exit date is less than the last day in session then use the student exit date. If not, then use the school level date field - graduation date.

  • If no graduation date is set at the school level then report blank.

iNHDEX Reports Stop Dynamic Conversion

The following iNHDEX reports will no longer convert i4see codes and will report the user selected Enrollment Status, Entry Code, and Exit Code:

• iNHDEX College and Career Readiness Submission Version: 1.1

• iNHDEX Home School Academic Submission Version: 1.2.1

• iNHDEX Student Absence Submission Version: 1.2

• iNHDEX Summer Graduates and Withdrawals Submissions Version: 1.1

iNHDEX Student Class Update

iNHDEX Student Class Version: 1.1

The report is updated to include participationType which is calculated based off of NH Enrollment Status (S_NH_STU_X.ENROLLMENTSTATUS or S_NH_REN_X.ENROLLMENT_STATUS) as follows:

• When Enrollment Status is 21, 22, 23, 25, 26, 27 or blank then report 1

• When Enrollment Status is 29 then report 2

• Any other Enrollment Status then report 3

iNHDEX Student Roster Update

iNHDEX Student Roster Version: 1.2

The following updates are made:

• The report is updated to only report an exit date when an exit code is present.

• The Accommodations Column is removed from the report.

• All column headers match the Element Names.

• The dlmEligible column defaults to 0.

• The report no longer dynamically converts i4see to iNHDEX codes. The user inputted Enrollment Status, Entry Codes and Exit Codes are reported.

PSSR-348175

Remove Obsolete i.4.see Fields

The following updates are made:

• The i.4.see fields that are no longer needed are moved to ‘Obsolete’.

• Obsolete reports older than 1 year have been removed from the reports page.

• (iNHDEX 24-25 and beyond) is removed from field labels.

• Home School flag is moved to Obsolete fields as this is now determined by Enrollment Status code of 4.

• All i.4.see numeric reference numbers are removed.
