Districts were unable to navigate through the State Staff pages consistently. This issue has now been resolved.

iNHDEX Enrollment Submission EOY Exit Code Updates

iNHDEX Enrollment Version: 1.2

All Submissions are updated as follows:

• The leading zero on ‘grade’ is removed.

• Diploma Type and Post Grad Plan are populated for students with an exit code of W11 or 11.

The EOY Submission is updated as follows:

• If the student school enrollment Exit Code is blank, then:

  • Populate exitCode as 1.

  • Populate exitDate as the last School In-Session (or Track In-Session if student is in a track) of the school calendar if the student’s exit date is on or greater than the In-Session Date or

    • If the student’s exit date is prior to the last In-Session calendar date use the student exit date.

• If student school enrollment Exit Code is 1, 2 or 11 (or equivalent migration code), then:

  • Use the reported Exit Code.

  • Populate exitDate as the last School In-Session date (or Track In-Session if student is in a track) of the school calendar if the student’s exit date is on or greater than the In-Session Date or

    • If the student’s exit date is prior to the last In-Session calendar date use the student exit date.

• If student school enrollment Exit Code is anything other than 1, 2 or 11 (or equivalent migration code) then:

  • Use the reported Exit Code.

  • Populate exitDate from the student’s exit date.
