Exit Codes

1

The Student will remain enrolled within the NH public school system (e.g. grade, school, enrollment status, district of responsibility changes, etc…).

The student completed the gradespan allowed in this school and is transferring to another NH public school.

The student has exited the NH public school system, still resides in NH and is now enrolled in a non-public school (including NH state operated public institutions).

The student left the state, including foreign exchange students returning to home countries.

The student has exited the NH public school system, still resides in NH and is now enrolled in an approved home school program (Can be used to withdraw students from preschool programs).

The student has completed or exited their post-graduate program of studies (Only Post Graduate students).

The student has exited their dual enrollment/part time program.

The student was expelled.

The student is truant or missing. The school district has done their due diligence to locate the child. This code can only be used if the student is under the legal dropout age.

The student is deceased.

The student completed his/her high school education. (Do not use for dropouts).

The student has dropped out (must be of legal age to dropout).

The student was never enrolled for the current school year.
