Entry Codes
The following entry codes must be defined for the district.
Code | Definition |

1 | From NH public School district (The Student was last enrolled within the NH public school system and this is a new enrollment record entry to indicate changes in grade, school, enrollment status, district of responsibility etc…) or first school enrollment (Pre-school, Kindergarten, or First Grade). |
2 | From NH home school. |
3 | From NH non-public school (Excluding Preschool and Kindergarten). |
4 | From School Outside of NH (Public, Private, or Homeschool). |
