K12 Scheduling Update

The K12 Scheduling resource now validates Carnegie Unit credit values and ensures accurate publishing. Only allowable credit values are accepted, and any incorrect entries now show clear record‑level errors instead of causing records to remain stuck in Processing. Publishing Both bulk and single‑student completes successfully when values follow state rules.

Daily Absentee Report Update

The Daily Absentee report has been updated. Students no longer display 0 minutes present when they are absent only for the first period and attend the rest of the day. The report displays the same minutes shown in Meeting Attendance.

Gains and Losses Report Update

The Gains and Losses report now supports Entry Code E7, with accurate display, counts, totals, and proper column placement.

PSSR-421339

Student Truancy Report Update

The Student Truancy report has been updated to pull phone numbers and email addresses from parent/guardian contacts instead of emergency contacts. The report now correctly identifies qualifying contacts based on Lives With or Custody flags, regardless of where they appear in the Contact Management list.
If no qualifying parent/guardian contact has a phone or email available, the report will fall back to emergency contacts as a secondary source. Multiple parent/guardian phone numbers and email addresses are supported and included when available.
