Introduction
The following data elements are required for student setup. The first two pages of navigation are removed for brevity:
Start Page > Student.
- On the Start Page, select the School link at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school.
- Click Submit.
- Select the first letter of the student's last name.
- Select a student from the list. The last accessed student information page opens for the student selected.

Override Residing District Code | Enter the parish code of the school district in which the student or legal guardian resides if different than the parish for this district. No Show | Select to indicate that the student was a no show for the reporting year. Selecting this field forces the student’s school exit date to be reported the same as the school entry date on the SIS report.
