KIDS Collection 2020-21 ASGT & SPED extracts: Use the new business rules to populate data in the D21 (First Instructional Date) field

In ASGT & SPED extracts, data in D21 "First Instructional Date" field will be populated ONLY if one or more of the following conditions are true.

KIDS Collection ASGT Version 1.6:

D35: Primary Disability Indicator = ‘WD’.
D36: Gifted Student Indicator = ‘GI’.
It will be blank if neither of these conditions is true.

KIDS Collection SPED Version 1.7:

D35: Primary Disability Indicator = ‘WD’.
D36: Gifted Student Indicator = ‘GI’.
It will be blank if neither of these conditions is true.

KIDS Collection 2020-21 ENRL extract: Use the new business rules to populate data in the D21 (First Instructional Date) field

In the ENRL extract, data in D21 "First Instructional Date" field will be populated ONLY if one or more of the following conditions are true.

KIDS Collection ENRL Version 3.3:

D35: Primary Disability Indicator = ‘WD’.
D36: Gifted Student Indicator = ‘GI’.
D38: Residence of Homeless Student while Homeless is > 0.
D54: Military-Connected Student Indicator is > 0.
D55: Immigrant Student is > 0
It will be blank if none of these conditions are true.

In the EXIT extract, data in D21 "First Instructional Date" field will be populated ONLY if one or more of the following conditions are true:

KIDS Collection EXIT Version 5.0:

D35: Primary Disability Indicator = ‘WD’.
D36: Gifted Student Indicator = ‘GI’.
D38: Residence of Homeless Student while Homeless is > 0.
D54: Military-Connected Student Indicator is > 0.

The field will be blank if none of these conditions are true.
