PSSR-231044Minimum PowerSchool Version for State Reporting - 19.4.3.0

The all-states installer is modified to only allow the state reporting installer to install on a PowerSchool server with a minimum version of 19.4.3.0.

As of September 2, 2020, PowerSchool State Reporting only supports PowerSchool 19.4.3.0 or later, and our Technology and Support teams will be focused solely on supporting PowerSchool versions 19.4.3.0 or later.

PSSR-235620KS KIDS Collection: Allow Grade Level Code 33 to be pulled when At-Risk is Selected

Grade level “33” will be extracted for 3-year-old students when the "At-Risk Student" field is selected AND if the "Grade Level Override" field on the Demographics tab is left blank. This change is available in the following reports.

  • KIDS Collection ENRL: Version 3.2
  • KIDS Collection EOYA: Version 1.8
  • KIDS Collection EXIT: Version 4.9
  • KIDS Collection MILT: Version 1.9
  • KIDS Collection QERY: Version 1.5

PSSR-243445New - Student Learning Preferences Functionality

New functionality is now available that gives administrators and school personnel the ability to track a student's learning preferences as well as their internet and device access.

To access, navigate to:

  • Start Page > [select student] > Learning Preferences

Districts set up their own Learning Preference options on the following page:

  • Start Page > District Setup > District Info > Student Learning Preferences
PSSR-235619Updated the valid values for the College/Career (C14) field.

College/Career (C14) field has the following values:

(N) Not dual credit/Regular course
(X) CTE credit/not funded IN an approved program/pathway (Introductory level)
(T) CTE course NOT funded OR part of an approved Pathway (Local Program)
(L) CTE Credit Dual credit IN an approved program/pathway/Excel in CTE only (old SB155)
(D) Dual credit NOT funded in a college program
(F) CTE credit/funded course IN an approved program/pathway (Technical/Application level)
(C) CTE Dual credit funded IN an approved pathway (HS Only)/Not Excel in CTE (old SB155)
(R) CTE Dual credit NOT part of an approved program/pathway/Excel in CTE only (old SB155)
