District Configuration Added a new WebService Transfer to ISBE setup option in District Management > District Info. Districts can enter their ISBE activation key and validate their District RCDTS information before using the transfer service. ISBE WebService Transfer Center Added a new Compliance > ISBE WebService Transfer menu option under Data & Reporting. This option is available only when ISBE WebService Transfer is enabled at the district level. The transfer center provides access to: View Report Transfer Status – Monitor report submissions, review transfer history, view error details, and access files returned by ISBE. Retrieve Files Returned by ISBE – Download response files and other documents returned by ISBE after processing. Report Transfer Support Added a Transfer File to ISBE option to the following reports: IL Demographic Enrollment Report IL Student Address Report Note: This option is available only when ISBE WebService Transfer is enabled at the district level.

A new ISBE WebService Transfer feature is now available, enabling districts to submit supported Illinois compliance reports directly to ISBE from PowerSchool SIS and monitor transfer results without leaving the application.

District Configuration

Added a new WebService Transfer to ISBE setup option in District Management > District Info.
Districts can enter their ISBE activation key and validate their District RCDTS information before using the transfer service.

ISBE WebService Transfer Center

Added a new Compliance > ISBE WebService Transfer menu option under Data & Reporting.

This option is available only when ISBE WebService Transfer is enabled at the district level.
The transfer center provides access to:
- View Report Transfer Status – Monitor report submissions, review transfer history, view error details, and access files returned by ISBE.
- Retrieve Files Returned by ISBE – Download response files and other documents returned by ISBE after processing.

Report Transfer Support

Added a Transfer File to ISBE option to the following reports:

- IL Demographic Enrollment Report
- IL Student Address Report

Note: This option is available only when ISBE WebService Transfer is enabled at the district level.
