Student Iowa Error Check Report

Introduction

The Student IOWA Error Check Report extracts the identified errors and its description for the selected categories.

Field	Description
Select Schools	Select one, all, or a selection of schools from the multi-select list. Use Ctrl+Shift on your keyboard to select multiple schools. If running the report from District Office, all schools in the district are available. If running the report from a school, only that school is available.
Students to Include	Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options: The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection. All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria. If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running the report.
Error Check Categories	Choose all or specific categories: Courses and Sections Student Demographics Student Enrollment Log Entries Miscellaneous Programs
Report Sorting	Select to sort the report output: By Error List, then Student By Student, then Error List
Output Type	Select the report output format: CDV PDF
