The Student Incident Profile Report now lets users control incident grouping in the report output.

The Page Break option appears under Order Report By. The Page Break options are Student, Incident, and None.

Attendance Profile Report: Version 1.13

The Attendance Profile report has been updated and will now honor a student’s track (if set) when calculating membership, attendance, and absence data.

The Learning Preferences Code Management page (path below) has been updated and will now display all entered/saved Learning Preference codes, regardless of the presence of an Effective Start Date value.

Change History for Connecticut Specific Fields

Change History tracking is now available for Connecticut state‑specific fields to support auditing of historical student data. When enabled under Change History Records on the Compliance > General Information page. Including Nexus, Title I, English Language Learner, Special Education Information, Pre‑Kindergarten Information, Outplacement Information, Confidential Information, and Civil Rights Data Collection record and display historical changes. Administrators can configure these fields on the Change History page.

CT Field Tracking Date/Time Update

Field Tracking History now displays Date/Time values based on each user’s local time zone rather than the server’s default time zone. This ensures more accurate and personalized tracking information for all users, regardless of location.

Invalid/Close Facility Code Saving Issue

The issue preventing invalid or closed Facility codes from being displayed/saved when they were not part of the codeset has been resolved. Also fixed an issue where the Facility Code and its corresponding description did not align. Facility codes now correctly map to their associated descriptions.
