Facility Code Search Enhancements

Student Enrollment screens are now updated with a new facility code search feature in Facility Code 1 and Facility Code 2 text box. Users can now search by facility name or district number and view matching results. Facility codes are sourced from a maintained code set, allowing updates through standard code set management. The system is currently pre-populated based on the state‑provided facility file.

We have resolved an issue in which the Native Language field value was not visible to read‑only users on the General Info page. This field now displays the selected Native language correctly for users with read‑only access.

Enhanced the Student Historical Grade screen for smart search on teachers' names when adding a teacher. Selecting a teacher now updates the Teacher’s EIN and District Teacher ID fields in the Connecticut-specific section.
