BC Class Size Extract - Enhancement

BC Class Size Extract: Version 1.1

The BC Class Size Extract Report has been enhanced to improve the counting of IEP students. Previously, the report relied solely on the student-level IEP flag (S_BC_STU_STUDENTS_X.IEP_Ind). It has now been updated to also include students enrolled in IEP programs with the “IEP Program” checkbox selected (S_BC_GEN_StuProg_X.IEP_FLAG = '1'). Because IEP programs have start and end dates, this approach now captures the history of when a student was enrolled in an IEP program. These dates will then be recorded on the student’s permanent record.

A new IEP program & Home-schooler program checkbox has been added to the All Student Programs page. This enables schools to create IEP & Home-schooler programs, which can then be assigned to students for reporting.
