A new dropdown field, Birth Country, has been added to the Compliance Demographics page. This enhancement allows for accurate capture of a student's country of birth, supporting improved demographic data collection.

New Verification Method Field Added to Compliance Demographics

A new field, ‘Verification Method’, has been introduced on the Compliance Demographics page, allowing users to select the appropriate method of verification.
To support this functionality, a new code set named ‘BCVerificationMethod’ has been added under District Code Sets, providing the available selection values for the Verification Method field.

New ‘1704 - Student Record Inclusions’ Page added under Student Compliance

A new page titled 1704 - Student Record Inclusions has been added under Student Compliance, Student Details to support effective management of student inclusion records. The page displays and allows editing of the following fields:

1. Inclusion Type (Legal, Medical, Others)

2. Description (up to 200 characters)

3. Start Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

4. Expiry Date (MM/DD/YYYY)

Editing and adding records is permitted only at the school level, while district-level users have view-only access.

Addition of Alert Start Date Fields on Guardian Info and Emergency Contacts Pages

Two new fields—Alert Start Date on the Guardian Info page and Medical Alert Start Date on the Emergency and Medical Contacts page—have been added under the State/Province - BC Information section. These enhancements allow users to record alert start dates alongside existing alert descriptions and expiry dates, improving data accuracy and tracking.
