The following data elements are required for student setup.

Navigation:

  1. On the Start Page, click School at the top of the page.

  2. Choose the appropriate School.

  3. Click Submit.

  4. Select the first letter of the student's last name.

  5. Select students from the list. The last accessed student information page opens for the student selected.

Defining CTECC Information

This first section of this page lists the student's historical courses/sections which have industry credential exams attached to them. This section is read-only.

The second section of the page contains industry credential exam results. To add a new exam result, begin entering into the Exam Name (Exam Code) smart-search textbox and choose the desired code. Click the (+) icon and a window appears containing the remaining information. To edit an exam result, click the pencil icon next to the record. Refer to Adding Credential Exam Results to a Student for more information.
