The NCEA report and remaining data collection updates for the 24-25 school year are now available. These include the following: Data Collection: Updated staff and student data collection. A new Middle Eastern/North African racial reporting category. Report Updates: The Diocese and School Summary Forms has been updated to match the 24-25 specifications Other Fixes: NCEA Diocese Summary Report now completes successfully when a student has two or more races and when one of them is not mapped to the NCEA race category.
PSSR-356399	Incident Offender Infraction Template: 2024-25 Updates	Incident Offender Infraction Template: Version 1.9 The Incident Offender Infraction template has been updated to set Field 6 as Not Collected, with the field value set to null.
PSSR-356398	Incident Offender Template: 2024-25 Updates	Incident Offender Template: Version 3.9 Field 12 is now labeled as Not Collected, and its value will be set to null.
PSSR-358648	New Report: Staff Student Subtest Template for Teacher-Student Linkages	Staff Student Subtest Template for Teacher-Student Linkages: Version 1.0 New report is created and placed under Student Domain section as per the DOE requirement.
PSSR-353353	SHARRS: Health Concerns Tab Logic Update When Extracting Data from Advanced Health	School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) Report: Version-2.5 SHARRS report is updated to extract data fields from the SHARRS Health Concerns tab whether the enhanced health report run-time parameter is enabled or disabled.
PSSR-354682	SHARRS: Physical Examinations Completed by School Physicians Do Not Extract With Enhanced Health Parameter	School Health Annual Reimbursement Request System (SHARRS) Report: Version 2.6 The report logic is updated to incorporate SCHP code for the physical examinations section in the report output.
PSSR-356403	Staff Student Subtest Report: 2024-25 Updates	PA Staff Student Subtest Template for Act 13 Educator Effectiveness: Version 2.6 The Staff Student Subtest template has been renamed in the system reports for state reporting pages.
