Introduction

This report allows you to run all Early Warning System Reports.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report.

Report Selection

This report runs a collection of reports based on the reports’ selection criteria of the reports list below. See specific reports for their respective criteria.

  2. Student Course Attendance (EWS)
  3. Course Template (EWS)
  4. Course Instructor Template (EWS)
  5. Student Course Enrollment Template (EWS)
  6. Student Class Grade Detail (EWS)

  9. Incident Offender Template (EWS)
  10. Incident Offender Infraction Template (EWS)
  11. Incident Offender Disciplinary Action Template (EWS)

Field

Description

Select Subreports

Select Subreports – Select one or multiple reports by clicking on the box for each of the reports that will be run. See the list above in Report Selection (Selection Criteria).

Select School Year

From the pop-up menu select the year for which the report should be run for.

Snapshot Date

Select day, MM/DD/YYYY, for the snapshot date.

Which data to use for Field 88 - Economically Disadvantaged

Make one of the following selections:

  • Lunch Status – all F, R, FDC students count as Economically Disadvantaged for Field 88
  • Economically Disadvantaged flag (EconomicDisadvantage_TF) counts as Economically Disadvantaged for Field 88

Select School

Make one of the following selections:

  • Select Current School Only – report will be run for the current selected school only.
  • All Schools – if the report should be run for All Schools within the District

Staff to Include

Indicate which staff to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The selected [number] staff only – Run the report for staff in the current selection.
  • All staff – Run the report for all staff in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single staff member, or group of staff members, select the staff prior to running report.

Students to Include

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The selected [number] students only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
  • All students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

Note: If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Report Start Date

Enter the start date for the reporting period.

Report End Date

Enter the end date for the reporting period.

For the August submission, enter the last day of school, if the last day of school is prior to 6/30 of the current school year.

Field Delimiter

Select the field delimiter for the extract file.

Include Header Labels in output file?

Choose Yes or No to indicate whether to include column headings in the extract file. Including column headers provides a heading for each type of data extracted in the report.
