(FR) Student Course Grade Record

The report will export the (FR) Student Course Grade Record section of the OH EMIS report. This report includes grades earned for all students enrolled in a course that has a core area code associated with it.

Selection Criteria

Selection criteria determine which database records are used in the report. For the Student Course Grade Record, student records are selected.

School Selection

The report selects which school records to use based on the following criteria:

  • The school must be associated with a student included in the report.

Student Selection

  • The student is not excluded from the state reporting (State/Province - OH > Home Tab > State_ExcludeEnrollment).
  • Students are selected where the student was enrolled in a course that has an associated core area code, within the fiscal year of the report.

Student Grade Selection

  • The course is not excluded from FR state reporting (exclude_from_FR).
  • The section is not excluded from FR state reporting (exclude_from_FR).
  • The stored grade is not excluded from FR state reporting (exclude_from_FR).
  • Student grades are selected from historical grades or PSfinalgrades where the student was enrolled in a course that has a core area code associated with it, within the fiscal year of the report.

Description

Schools for which to run?

If run at the district level, choose one of the following:

  • Select Multiple Schools – Select schools to include in the report. To select a single school, click that school. To select multiple schools, use Ctrl+Click, and select each school to be included. Select schools to include in the report
  • All Schools – Run the report for the entire district.

If run at the school level, the report includes all records associated with the current school that meet the selection criteria. To change the current school, click School at the top of the page and choose the appropriate school from the list.

Current Selection Students

Indicate which students to include in the report by selecting one of the following options:

  • The Selected [number] Students Only – Run the report for students in the current selection.
  • All Students – Run the report for all students in the current school or district that meet the selection criteria.

If running the report for a single student, or group of students, select the students prior to running report.

Report Start DateEntering 7/1/xx will capture all dates for the start of the current fiscal year.
Report End DateEntering 6/30/xx will capture all dates through the end of the current fiscal year.

Reporting Period

The report is only required for the Staff/Course (L) reporting period. The reporting period defaults to Staff/Course (L).

Fiscal Year

Select the fiscal year for the report.

Include PGFinalGradesSelect this option only if your district does not store grades throughout the year in the StoredGrades table (example interim, quarter, etc.).

Scheduling

Run Now

Select this option to execute the report in the order it is received in the report queue.

Schedule (available Version 7.1.1.)

Enter the start date and start time for the report.

  • Select Run Once and Submit to run the report at the specified date and time.
  • Select Repeat to set future dates (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) and Submit.

This field contains the EMIS student ID number assigned by the district to this student. This field value is extracted from the Student Number field on the General Demographics page, Start Page > Student Selection > General Demographics and prepended with the EMIS Prefix ID, if entered, else zeroes are added to create a 9-digit number.
